Fees and Refund Policy for 2010

Ontario SOA/UFE Prep

The fees for the Ontario SOA/UFE Prep program include the following: 
    -  A full weekend session in March in either Ottawa or Toronto,
    -  A full weekend session in May in either Ottawa or Toronto, 
    -  A five day session in May in Toronto only,
    -  A five day session in August in Toronto only. 
It also includes the 2010 edition of UFE Success. 

Due upon registration or no later than February 1, 2010: 

$575 including tax (covers first four days of training in March and May); refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to March session; The UFE Success text book will be distributed during the first weekend session in March.

Masters students inital payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the inital commencement of your first session.

Due on May 1:

$1,725 including tax (covers remaining 10 days of training; five prior to Ontario Summer School; five in August); fully refundable if unsuccessful at the May CKE; less $50 for the cost of UFE Success text book. 

If you are unsuccessful at the SOA; $900 of the amount paid will be refunded as long as we are notified within five days of the marks release date for the SOA exam. 

In all other cases, fees are refundable, less $50, if we are notified at least two weeks prior to the March course commencement.

Please note these fees are not considered deductible by the Canada Revenue Agency as tuition.

Final Payments for SOA/UFE Prep

A final invoice will not be sent. It is your responsibility to make the final payment no later than May 1.  If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and register the next student on the waiting list.

Fees and Refund Policy for UFE Prep

(Calgary, Vancouver, Ontario Masters Students and Experienced writer sessions)

The UFE Prep course fee is $1,725 including 5% GST, $200 is due upon registration; the balance 30 days prior to the course commencement.  The fee includes the 2010 edition of UFE Success. Please note these fees are not considered deductible by the Canada Revenue Agency as tuition.

The fees for this course are refundable up to two weeks prior to the commencement of the course (less $50 to cover the cost of the UFE Success text and administration) if we are notified through email or fax.

A final invoice will not be sent. It is your responsibility to make payment at least 30 days prior to the course commencement.  If payment is not received, we reserve the right to refund your deposit (less $50) and register the next student on the waiting list.
