Bruce has over 20 years of UFE training experience and has been a full-time UFE instructor for over a decade.  He marked in the CICA's UFE comprehensive case marking centre for 13 years and served several terms on the Syllabus Sub-Committee, a predecessor of the Competency Map Committee.  Bruce currently serves on the ICANS council and a national professional development committee.  

Bruce is the author of UFE Success -- Mastering Competency Based Testing and authored several articles on UFE preparation in CA Magazine.

Bruce's philosophy is to give candidates the necessary skills and the positive attitude required to be successful on the UFE.

Bruce, Doreen and their two sons, Kyle and Ryan live in Fall River, Nova Scotia.  Bruce enjoys playing hockey and skiing in the off-season.  He also enjoys the challenge of coaching minor hockey during the winter.
