Densmore Consulting Services Inc. (DCS) was incorporated in 1996 as the vehicle to coordinate the UFE training activities of Bruce Densmore and Carol Jones.

Bruce Densmore, the company president, has been active in UFE training since 1986. Carol Jones has worked closely with Bruce since 1993 and has been instrumental in the growth of consulting services provided and the increase in product sales.

DSC Inc. initially only offered training courses, on a contract basis, to public accounting firms. It now offers customized UFE training services for various public accounting firms, as well as open-registration courses in Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto.

DCS Inc. began publishing UFE training materials in 1999. The product offerings have expanded and several are now offered in both French and English.

We now employ, on a contract basis, over one hundred fifty chartered accountants.
